Housekeeping works on any laptop or tablet with an internet connection and it is compatible with all browsers. While it can be accessed on a smartphone, it is not recommended due to the smaller screen size.

## Logging in and selecting your hotel and department

1. Open Housekeeping in your internet browser using the address provided by your hotel.
2. Change the language if you prefer a different language than the default

- Available languages include Finnish, Swedish and English.

3. Select your hotel and log in with your username and password.

- If you have access to multiple hotels, you can switch hotels later as needed.

> 📝 If Housekeeping has been set up with a default hotel, the option to select a hotel will not be available.

4. Housekeeping opens up on the home page.

5. If you have access to several hotels and departments (e.g. rooms, apartments, meeting rooms, saunas), select the hotel and department you are currently working in.

> 📝 If a default hotel or department has been set up, the option to select a department will not be available.

6. Click on the buttons to navigate to the various Housekeeping functions.

> ✅ Click **Home** on the top left corner in any window to return to the home page.
