> ℹ️ The `Cleaning list` view shows the **cleaning status** and **occupancy status** for each room.

> ℹ️ - You can use the `Cleaning list` to print a list of rooms where you can add handwritten notes.
> ℹ️ - Alternatively, you can enter comments on the screen before printing.

## Using the Cleaning list

1. Click `Cleaning list`on the Housekeeping home page.
2. Use the filters to view selected rooms.

3. The `Cleaning list` view contains the following details:

- **Room number** (e.g. 101)
- `Cleaned:` `yes` or `no`
- `Vacant:` `yes` or `no`
- `Staying`: If the room is occupied, this section shows the arrival and departure dates.
- `Next`: If the room is pre-allocated for an upcoming stay, this section shows the arrival date for the next reservation.
- Any special notes added by the hotel regarding the stay is shown below the `Staying` or `Next` fields.
- If there is a [Service note](https://vitechotellinx.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OE/pages/326926337) for the room, it will appear below the comment boxes.

4. Use the four comment boxes to enter notes before printing the list. You can also use the boxes to write notes on the printed copy.
