The **Weekly arrival view** is used for planning cleaning staff resources. The view displays **upcoming arrivals **by week and by room number, and the following details for each room:

- Departure date and length of stay.
- Any additional notes from the reservation.

## Using Weekly arrival view

1. Click **Weekly arrival view** on the Housekeeping home page.
2. Choose the year and week from the drop-down menus to view the arrivals for that time frame.

- The week drop-down menu contains dates as well as the week number (e.g. **23/03/2020 - 29/03/2020 #13**).

- The week summary at the top shows the number of arrivals for each day.
- You can jump to the daily breakdown by clicking on a date.
- If a day is highlighted with <span style="color: #ff5630">**red **</span>in the summary, it means that there are rooms where one guest is checking out and the next guest is checking in during the same day.

- The daily breakdowns contain the room number (if allocated), status (**Cleaned** / **Not cleaned**) departure date, length of stay, number of guests and any notes for the room.
- If there is a check-out and check-in for a room during the same day, the room is highlighted also in the daily breakdown.
